Nephritis
Nephritis is a kidney disorder caused by the inflammation of nephrons. Nephrons are small functional unit of kidney responsible for filtration of waste material. Nephrons consist of glomerulus and tubules. Inflammation of glomerulus is called glomerular nephritis and inflammation of spaces between tubules is called tubular nephritis. Nephritis can be acute or chronic. Children and young adults are at a higher risk of nephritis. It can be prevented if diagnosed in time. Causes
